Our delivery service

Standard delivery on bikes is £10 and for spares and accessories it is £4.99 and free over £50, apart from wheels which carry a £10 surcharge due to size. Bikes ordered online will be sent out by Parcel Force, or other courier company's which will require a signature on delivery. This may take longer if the bike is not in stock. The bike will be boxed and will require some assembly. There will be a local delivery charge, when bike is at a discount price,and made ready to ride, ask about charges on purchase instore. For trikes, due to there size and weight are charged at cost min £40 for delivery.

For Northern Ireland, there is a £40 carriage charge. We do not currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland. For the Highlands of Scotland there is a £25 Carriage charge

If, however you live fairly local to the store (15 miles) it will be delivered by us in our own vehicle. Just choose the 'Suffolk' option in the checkout section.
